BRANSON COLLECTOR CAR AUCTION APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR OF MARKETING.
Branson, Missouri, June 1, 2007—Jim Cox, CEO of The Branson Collector Car Auction, a bi-annual auction held in Branson each April and October, has announced that Shane Corliss has joined the organization as its director of marketing. In this position, Corliss will be responsible for the development and execution of the corporate marketing strategy and spearheading new market initiatives to drive the company's growth within the collector car auction market.

Having a talented and creative leader for our marketing team will enable us to expand our presence in the collector car industry while maintaining our long-standing objective of service to the collector.”
Corliss brings more than a decade of marketing and sales experience to the organization as well as a shared service-oriented philosophy. Prior to joining The Branson Collector Car Auction, he was the director of sales and marketing for the award winning Car Collector magazine. Under his direction the organization experienced the largest revenue growth in its 25-plus year history.
The Branson Collector Car Auction, now in its 26th year, will present its next auction October 19 and 20 at the new Branson Convention Center at Branson Landing. The auction will feature nearly 300 antique, classic, vintage, muscle, sports and other collectible vehicles.
